Yes. You can use the following option to do this:

File = filename.ini
This feature works with the FSISYS.INI and FSIUSER.INI files.
After loading the FSIUSER.INI file, the system then looks for the FSISYS.INI file. After loading the FSISYS.INI file, the system looks for the INIFiles control group. The system then loads any file you specify in the INIFiles control group.
